  RGSS has a holistic vision of creating a classless society. The mission is to enable and empower the poor underprivileged communities and the deprived sections like women, children, disables and other backward community dwellers through implementation of various programmes rightly addressing the problems and the basic needs like education, health care, skill development, vocational training, environment and sanitation and rural infrastructure etc.
